Wimas Blanco is the wife of Mario Blanco, the current torchbearer of the Don Antonio Blanco’s legacy, in introducing Bali, especially Ubud to the world. True to her husband commitment, Wimas Blanco wants to bring it to the next level, by Introducing Rondji Fine Cuisine & Libation. Inspired by and named after the wife of late Don Antonio Blanco, she vows to make Rondji not just a Restaurant, but a Culinary Institution.
